BREAKING. South Africa can watch Tiger Woods saying sorry on Friday at 18:00.

You're reading it here first.

If TV cameras are allowed (and his agent already indicated it would be open for a press pool) South African TV viewers should most probably be able to watch Tiger Woods' public mea culpa on Friday at 18:00 on CNN International (DStv 401) and the eNews Channel (DStv 403).

Tiger Woods through his agent Mark Steinberg just announced that Tiger Woods will be breaking his silence of the past nearly 3 months on Friday.

''Tiger Woods will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates at 11:00 on Friday at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Tiger plans to discuss his past and his future, and he plans to apologize for his behaviour,'' writes Mark Steinberg.

''While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between him and his wife, he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down a lot of other people who were close to him. He also let down his fans. He wants to begin the process of making amends, and that's what he's going to discuss.''

The moment I hear from CNN International and the eNews Channel (I've already asked both TV channels about the possibility of covering this live on Friday), I will write about it right here.
