Yet another Game of Thrones episode leaks - this time 4 days before broadcast after HBO in Spain accidentally shows it.

In Westeros, Cersei would parade someone naked through the streets for this: Yet another Game of Thrones episode has leaked days before it's supposed to be shown, this time HBO in Spain that broadcast this coming Sunday's 6th episode days before it was supposed to.

The devastating mistake that saw viewers immediately record, rip and pirate the Game of Thrones episode that went viral on torrent sites for the international audience, comes just after India caused the 4th episode of the fantasy series' 7th season to leak when the pay-TV operator Star India's data management system was breached by 4 workers.

Viewers in Span were shocked – yet delighted – when HBO Spain accidentally showed the 6th episode of Game of Thrones in which Jon Snow and his ragtag group of followers set out beyond the great wall’s ice-scape to go capture a White Walker.

Although HBO reportedly only had the Game of Thrones episode up for an hour before realising their massive mistake, it was already too late.

Viewers grabbed it in high definition (HD) and instantly started sharing it online, faster that what HBO could take it down.

In a statement Tom Krogsgaard Nielsen, vice president of public relations for HBO Europe says "we have learned that the upcoming episode of Game of Thrones was accidentally posted for a brief time on the HBO Nordic and HBO Espana platforms."

"The error appears to have originated with a third-party vendor and the episode was removed as soon as it was recognized. This is not connected to the recent cyber incident at HBO in the United States".

Besides the two Game of Thrones breaches, HBO is also the target of another hacker demanding a randsom for a massive trove of HBO data that’s been stolen, including emails.

During the 6th season HBO in Norway accidentally broadcast an episode a few hours before it was supposed to, but the latest Game of Thrones devastation hits HBO four days before the episode is supposed to be shown.

It doesn't seem to have an impact in America on the ratings.

Sunday's episode of Game of Thrones that is broadcast in South Africa and across Africa on Mondays on M-Net (DStv 101) achieved record ratings in America – as did the week before that when the drama series pulled its most viewers ever.
